Each month you will receive:

- a different ‘postcard size’ art print ranging between 4”x6” - 5”x7” depending on which size format best fits for that month’s particular artwork. You can chose to frame and display the art print or if you feel on your heart you want to write a sweet message on the back and mail it to a friend or family member to brighten their day, you will have the freedom to do that with it being postcard formatted on the back of the print 🎉

- a new 2” vinyl sticker or mini 2” x 3” print

- a personal note written by Bri sharing about the inspo of the art goodies, a life update, story, words of encouragement, or whatever she feels lead to write 🥰

FAQ's

Why hasn't my letter been shipped yet?

Letters are shipped on the last business day of each calendar month. This means if you sign up any time from midnight on the 1st of the month (in EST) then your letter will ship on the last day of that month. 

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?

Keao Club is sent via regular letter post (untracked) on the last business day of each month. If you live in the USA, letters generally arrive within 1-2 weeks. If you live overseas, letters can take upwards of 15 business days to arrive. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of them shipping, please reach out via Bri’s contact form

How can I update my address?

You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account. Please reach out if you need help with this - contact Bri

When is Keao Club billed each month?

Keoa Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 10th of November, you'll be billed on the 10th of December and the 10th of January, etc! If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.
