‘Ekahi Collection
After an incredible trip to Hawaii, Bri returned back to her studio filled with new inspiration, new experiences, new stories and a hunger to challenge her skills even further. She had this idea of sketching multiple 1” x 1” pieces that would be created together to form a sea turtle. After two months of sketching over 100 of her tiniest originals, what was once an idea, became a finished masterpiece!
The intention for this collection is to share the meaning of “oneness.” The Hawaiian word ‘ekahi means “one.” Each individual 1” x 1” piece has its own story and stands out uniquely beautiful on its own, however when all of them unite they contribute to the story of the whole piece, similarly like how we each have our own story, our own journey in life, yet when we come together in families or communities we contribute to making those groups more complete and united as one in a whole creating a larger more meaningful story together which also reflects how we are individual members of one body in one Spirit, called to one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. (Eph 4:4-6 & 1 Cor 12:12)

“There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.”
Ephesians 4:4-6
